This Christening Outfit (Gown, bonnet, shoes and bib) is made of fine Silk Dupion with embroidered pintucked bodice, bonnet edge and cuffs. 

The gown bodice is hand embroidered with bullion roses in each of the pintucked squares.

The Bonnet edge and the sleeves of the gown are finished in the same manner.

Matching shoes and bib also have embroidered bullion roses. 

All embroidery is completed by hand using rayon thread.  

 This gown takes approx. 25 - 30 hours of hand and machine sewing to fully complete.
