The front bodice of this bright 'Jellybean - Jumping bean' 100% cotton frabric is hand smocked in colours selected from the pattern. The dress is finished witrh a 3 tiered skirt, tie shoulder straps and clear buttons (to allow the fabric to show through) down the rear bodice opening.
